Abstract
Complications after i.m. injection are rare. Only few cases need emergency operative treatment. This case report shows the exclusive situation of a gluteal compartment syndrome caused by a hematoma. Clinical findings showed signs of nerve compression with sciatic pain. Only immediate surgical treatment prevented persistent nerve or muscle tissue damage.

肌内注射后的并发症很少见。只有少数病例需要紧急手术治疗。本病例报告展示了由血肿引起的臀肌间室综合征这一独特情况。临床检查发现有神经受压迹象并伴有坐骨神经痛。只有立即进行手术治疗才能避免持续的神经或肌肉组织损伤。
