To investigate the chemical constituents in the aerial part of Cynanchum chinense.
The chemical constituents were extracted with solvent and separated by column chromatography. The structures were identified by spectral methods:
The structures were identified as 7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopy-ranosyl-kaempferol-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside, 7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopy-ranosyl-kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside and 7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyr-anosylkaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)- beta-D-glucopyranoside.
All the three compounds were separated from C. chinense for the first time.

所鉴定的结构为7-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷、7-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖苷和7-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖苷。
这三种化合物均首次从白首乌中分离得到。
