Abstract

AIM

To study the chemical constituents of the pine needles from Pinus massoniana Lamb..

METHODS

Various chromatographic techniques were used for the separation and purification. The physicochemical properties and spectral data were used to elucidate the structures.

RESULTS

Three compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of water-extracts. The structures were identified as (7S,8R)-4,9'-dihydroxyl-3, 3'-dimethyoxyl-7, 8-dihydrobenzofunan-1'-propanolneolignan-9-O-alpha- L-rhamnopyranoside (massonianoside D, 7), 4,4',9,9'-tetrahydroxyl-3,3'-dimethyoxyl-tetrahydrocyclolignan ((+)-isolariciresinol, 8) and 4,4',9'-trihydroxyl-3,3'-dimethyoxyl-tetrahydrocyclolignan-9-O-beta-D- xylopyranoside (isolariciresinol-9-O-xyloside, 9) on the basis of spectral data (ORD, UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, 1H-1HCOSY, HMQC and HMBC etc.).

CONCLUSION

Compound 7 is a new compound, while compounds 8 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

方法

从水提取物的正丁醇部位分离得到3个化合物。通过光谱数据(旋光光谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、氢-氢相关谱、异核多量子相干谱和异核多键相关谱等)鉴定其结构分别为(7S,8R)-4,9'-二羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1'-丙醇新木脂素-9-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷(马尾松苷D,7)、4,4',9,9'-四羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基-四氢环木脂素((+)-异落叶松脂素,8)和4,4',9'-三羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基-四氢环木脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(异落叶松脂素-9-O-木糖苷,9)。

结论

化合物7为新化合物,化合物8和9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
