Abstract
A case report of a pregnant mother with elevated midtrimester maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein, an elevated amniotic fluid alpha-fetoprotein with a positive acetylcholinesterase band, and grossly normal fetal anatomy is presented. A premature female infant was delivered with bilateral symmetrical flank skin lesions consistent with the diagnosis of aplasia cutis congenita.

本文报告了一例孕中期孕妇血清甲胎蛋白升高、羊水甲胎蛋白升高且乙酰胆碱酯酶带呈阳性而胎儿大体解剖结构正常的病例。一名早产女婴出生时双侧胁腹皮肤病变对称，符合先天性皮肤发育不全的诊断。
