Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents of Anaphalis sinica.

METHOD

Various chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis.

RESULT

Six flavonoid compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol, tiliroside, quercetin, quercetin -3-O-beta-D-glucosides, scutellarin, 5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone and one pyrone were isolated and identified as helipyrone.

CONCLUSION

All of these compounds was isolated from the plant for the first time.

目的

研究中华小苦荬的化学成分。

方法

采用多种色谱技术对其成分进行分离和纯化。通过化学和光谱分析确定结构。

结果

分离并鉴定出6种黄酮类化合物,分别为山柰酚、椴树苷、槲皮素、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、野黄芩苷、5,7-二羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮,还分离并鉴定出1种吡喃酮,为半日花素。

结论

所有这些化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
