Abstract
Pancreatic cystadenomas and cystadenocarcinomas are rare tumors. Their uncommon complications are usually due to compression of adjacent structures or to pancreatic and bile duct fistulas. Authors report the 1st case of duodenal fistula formation and discuss the reported complications.
