Abstract
OBJECTIVE
CT patterns of anomalous brachiocephalic veins are presented with reconsideration of the structure's embryogenesis.
CONCLUSION
With advancements in central line procedures and corrective cardiac surgery, and the widespread use of noninvasive imaging techniques, the clinical importance of identification of the anomalous brachiocephalic vein is shown.

目的
介绍异常头臂静脉的CT表现，并重新审视该结构的胚胎发生。
结论
随着中心静脉置管操作和心脏矫正手术的进展，以及无创成像技术的广泛应用，识别异常头臂静脉的临床重要性得以显现。
