Younger nurses have different career expectations than their older colleagues. They seek a balanced lifestyle with reasonable work hours, demand to use the latest technology and expect to be vocal members of the care team. If a hospital disappoints, they are quick to change jobs. How do you accommodate them without alienating veteran staff members?
