OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this presentation is to illustrate the normal sonographic anatomy of the penis and various imaging manifestations of penile trauma.
METHODS
Penile trauma cases were collected and reviewed retrospectively from our archive.
RESULTS
The normal sonographic anatomy of the penis and various pathologic conditions of patients with penile trauma are discussed.
CONCLUSIONS
Sonography (especially with color Doppler sonography) is a useful imaging method for evaluating penile anatomy and various pathologic features in patients with penile trauma.

本报告的目的是阐述阴茎的正常超声解剖结构以及阴茎创伤的各种影像学表现。
方法
从我们的存档中回顾性收集并分析阴茎创伤病例。
结果
讨论了阴茎的正常超声解剖结构以及阴茎创伤患者的各种病理状况。
结论
超声检查（尤其是彩色多普勒超声检查）是评估阴茎创伤患者阴茎解剖结构和各种病理特征的一种有用的影像学方法。
