Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish the quality standard of extracts from Rhizoma Zingiberis by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction.

METHOD

The extracts were identified by TLC. The total phenols and the 6-gingerol were determined by dual-wavelength UV spectrophotometry and HPLC separately.

RESULT

The recovery of total phenols was 97.7% (RSD 2.0%). The linear range of 6-gingerol is 0.20-2.0 microg, the average recovery was 97.7% (RSD 2.0%).

CONCLUSION

The method is convenient for a good resolution and can be used for the quality control of extracts from Rhizoma Zingiberis.

目的

建立超临界CO2流体萃取生姜提取物的质量标准。

方法

采用薄层色谱法对提取物进行鉴别。分别采用双波长紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定总酚和6-姜酚的含量。

结果

总酚的回收率为97.7%(相对标准偏差为2.0%)。6-姜酚的线性范围为0.20 - 2.0微克,平均回收率为97.7%(相对标准偏差为2.0%)。

结论

该方法简便,分离效果好,可用于生姜提取物的质量控制。
