To optimize the extraction and purification conditions for total flavonoids in Lonicera japonica Thunb. and Chrysanthemum morifolium Tzvel.
Comparision of several extraction processes, the L9 (3(4)) orthogonal design and macroreticular absorption resin D101 purification technique were performed.
The optimum extraction conditions were 8 volume of 55% ethanol, 1 h refluence at 100 degrees C , water bath for 2 times. The extracted fluid was absorbed with the resin D101. The elutions were water, 30% enthanol, 70% enthanol. The obtained elution of 70% enthanol was evaporated and the content of total flavonoids was 62. 7%.
The method is simple, approved and fit for industrial production.
优化金银花和菊花中总黄酮的提取与纯化条件。
比较几种提取工艺,采用L9(3(4))正交设计及大孔吸附树脂D101纯化技术。
最佳提取条件为8倍量55%乙醇,100℃回流1小时,水浴提取2次。提取液用D101树脂吸附,洗脱剂依次为水、30%乙醇、70%乙醇。收集70%乙醇洗脱液,蒸干后总黄酮含量为62.7%。
该方法简便、可行,适合工业化生产。
