To determine the content of flavonoids and rutin in the different parts of Saussurea involucrata, and to establish their HPLC fingerprint chromatogram for the further development and utilization of the leaf.
The content of flavonoids was determined with UV. The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM was used to calculate similar degree of the HPLC chromatogram of different parts.
The content of flavonoids and rutin is relatively high in the leaf. The similarity between leaf and the whole grass is 0. 812.
测定新疆雪莲不同部位黄酮类化合物和芦丁的含量,并建立其高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为叶片的进一步开发利用提供依据。
采用紫外分光光度法测定黄酮类化合物含量,运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统计算不同部位高效液相色谱图的相似度。
叶片中黄酮类化合物和芦丁含量相对较高。叶片与全草的相似度为0.812。
