Splenic lymphocytes from (BALB/c times A/J) F 1 mice are cytotoxic for BALB/c fibroblasts infected with an endogenous C-type leukemia virus, but are not cytotoxic for uninfected BALB/c fibroblasts. These results indicate that mice do not exhibit cell-mediated immune tolerance to antigens associated with endogenous C-type viruses.
（BALB/c×A/J）F1代小鼠的脾淋巴细胞对感染内源性C型白血病病毒的BALB/c成纤维细胞具有细胞毒性，但对未感染的BALB/c成纤维细胞没有细胞毒性。这些结果表明，小鼠对内源性C型病毒相关抗原不表现出细胞介导的免疫耐受。
