Abstract

Endophthalmitis is a rare but potentially devastating complication following intraocular surgery. Endophthalmitis following intraocular surgery in children often has a poor outcome. We report a case of endophthalmitis after cataract extraction in a 6-year-old girl with a good visual result.

眼内炎是眼内手术后一种罕见但可能具有毁灭性的并发症。儿童眼内手术后发生的眼内炎通常预后较差。我们报告一例6岁女孩白内障摘除术后发生眼内炎但视力恢复良好的病例。
