Ionic stain-binding is influenced by number of acid and basic groups, their dissociation equilibrium coefficient and isoelectric point of proteins, respectively, and by permeability, on tissue side and acid and basic character, respectively, ionic volume, isochronic and succedaneous way of application, respectively, and hydrogene ion concentration of solution on side of stain. With joint or sequent use of acid stains of different ionic volume, permeability order of certain tissue elements, their relative permeability can be determined.
离子染色结合分别受蛋白质的酸性和碱性基团数量、它们的解离平衡系数和等电点的影响,以及受组织侧的通透性、酸性和碱性特征、离子体积、等时和相继的应用方式以及染色剂一侧溶液的氢离子浓度的影响。通过联合或相继使用不同离子体积的酸性染色剂,可以确定某些组织成分的通透性顺序及其相对通透性。
