OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this article is to detail an approach to CT colonographic screening that has evolved at one institution.
CONCLUSION
CT colonography is a rapidly advancing technology that has great potential for addressing a deadly but preventable disease-colorectal carcinoma. CT colonography is ideally suited for widespread screening of asymptomatic adults and has become an integral component of the screening efforts at my institution since local third-party coverage was initiated.
