Abstract

We present a case of a 59 years-old man with a five months history of hoarseness. The diagnosis was laryngeal hemangioma and the treatment by microsurgery. We expose the different types of laryngeal hemangiomas and the various therapeutic modalities for those unusual tumors in adults.
