Abstract
In the fourth of a series of articles on the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Richard Griffith and Cassam Tengnah consider the impact on district nurse practice of the introduction of advanced decisions refusing treatment that will allow a person to refuse even life sustaining treatment in incapacity.
