AIM
To investigate the allergen composition in the species of shrimp and crab.
METHODS
The main allergens of shrimps and crabs were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot assay.
RESULTS
The molecule weight of main allergic protein in shrimps was near to 36 000, and the main allergic proteins in different kinds of crabs were about 29 000, 36 000, 66 000, 89 000 molecule weight.
CONCLUSION
There are common allergens among different kinds of shrimps and crabs.
目的
研究虾和蟹类的过敏原组成。
方法
采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）和蛋白质免疫印迹法（Western blot）分析虾和蟹的主要过敏原。
结果
虾类主要过敏蛋白的分子量接近36 000，不同种类蟹的主要过敏蛋白分子量约为29 000、36 000、66 000、89 000。
结论
不同种类的虾和蟹之间存在共同过敏原。
