To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate-soluble fraction from methanolic extract of the roots and rhizomes of Notopterygium incisum .
The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, and their structures were identified by NMR and MS data analysis.
Five compounds were obtained and identified as falcarindiol (1), 8-hydroxy-l-methoxy-( Z) -9-heptadecene-4, 6-diyn-3-one (2) angenomalin (3), scopoletin (4), O-methylnotopterol (5).
Compound 5 was a new natural product and compounds 2-4 were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of N. incisum for the first time.

采用多种色谱方法对化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过核磁共振(NMR)和质谱(MS)数据分析鉴定其结构。
得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为镰叶芹二醇(1)、8-羟基-1-甲氧基-(Z)-9-十七碳烯-4,6-二炔-3-酮(2)、安吉洛马林(3)、东莨菪内酯(4)、O-甲基羌活醇(5)。
化合物5为新天然产物,化合物2 - 4首次从羌活根及根茎中分离得到。
