Abstract
The experiences in reconstruction of surgical defects by pectoralis major myocutaneous flap after extensive cancer resection in 12 patients with advanced laryngeal carcinoma or recurrences are reported. The defects of different sites were reconstructed in one stage operation successfully. By this method, surgical indication is extended, therefore, reducing the patients' suffering and prolonging the survival. The preparation of the flap is described.
摘要
报告了12例晚期喉癌或复发性喉癌患者在广泛癌切除术后采用胸大肌肌皮瓣修复手术缺损的经验。不同部位的缺损均在一期手术中成功修复。通过这种方法，扩大了手术适应证，从而减轻了患者的痛苦，延长了生存期。文中描述了皮瓣的制备方法。
