Abstract

We report the case of a 68-year-old man with a fracture of the catheter of a port-a-cath, dislodged into the right atrium. Two days after the diagnosis, the fragment embolized into the lobar artery of the left lower lung lobe. The catheter was removed using a gooseneck snare.

我们报告一例68岁男性患者，其植入式静脉输液港的导管发生断裂，碎片移位至右心房。诊断后两天，碎片栓塞至左下肺叶的叶动脉。使用鹅颈圈套器取出了导管。
