To determine the effect of cholecystectomy on the motility of the sphincter of Oddi (SO).
Pressures of common bile duct (CBD), SO motility and its response to bolus injections of cholecystokinin (CCK, 20 ng/kg and 100 ng/kg) were detected respectively by manometry in eight Beagle dogs before and after cholecystectomy.
After cholecystectomy the CBD pressure increased 2.18 ± 1.86 mmHg, while the cyclical motion pattern of SO still existed but with a shortened cycle duration. The basal pressure (BP), phasic contraction amplitude (PCA), phasic contraction frequency (PCF) and its mode of propagation did not change significantly. Under the stimulation of CCK after cholecystectomy, although the motion patterns of SO were similar to those before cholecystectomy, the greatest inhibitory efficacy of BP and PCA all decreased with the prolonged excitement duration and the increased percentage of retrograde contraction.
Shortly after a cholecystectomy in Beagle dogs, the CBD pressure increased, SO motilities did not change significantly during the interdigestive phase except with a shortened cycle duration. Its relaxation responded to CCK was weakened with a confused contraction pattern.

采用测压法分别检测 8 只比格犬胆囊切除前后胆总管(CBD)压力、SO 运动及其对胆囊收缩素(CCK,20ng/kg 和 100ng/kg)的反应。
胆囊切除后 CBD 压力增加 2.18±1.86mmHg,而 SO 的周期性运动模式仍然存在,但周期持续时间缩短。基础压(BP)、相收缩幅度(PCA)、相收缩频率(PCF)及其传播方式无明显变化。在胆囊切除术后 CCK 的刺激下,尽管 SO 的运动模式与胆囊切除前相似,但 BP 和 PCA 的最大抑制作用均随着兴奋持续时间的延长和逆行收缩比例的增加而降低。
在比格犬胆囊切除术后不久,CBD 压力增加,SO 运动在消化间期除周期持续时间缩短外无明显变化。其对 CCK 的松弛反应减弱,收缩模式混乱。
