Abstract
By means of the ultrasound flowmetry, phlebography, rheovasography and phlebotonometry, 51 patients with varicose disease was examined. It was established, that musculo-venous++ "pump" of a thigh played the leading part in the venous return. In stages I and II of varicose disease, the function of musculo-venous++ "pump" of a thigh was impaired moderately, its sharp disfunction was noted in stage III of the disease.

通过超声血流测定法、静脉造影术、血流速度描记法和静脉血压测量法，对51例静脉曲张疾病患者进行了检查。结果表明，大腿的肌肉静脉“泵”在静脉回流中起主要作用。在静脉曲张疾病的I期和II期，大腿肌肉静脉“泵”的功能受到中度损害，在疾病的III期则出现明显功能障碍。
