To study the secondary metabolites from the marine sponge Phakellia fusca epiphytic fungi.
The compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated by means of physiochemical properties and spectroscopic analyses.
Four compounds were separated and identified as: cyclo-(L-Val-L-Pro) (1), cyclo-(L-Phe-L-Pro) (2), cyclo-(L-Tyr-L-Pro) (3), cyclo-(3-hydroxy-4-methyldecanoyl-Gly-L-Val-D-Leu-L-Ala-L-Phe) (4).
Compounds 1-4 are obtained from the marine sponge Phakellia fusca epiphytic fungi for the first time.

通过硅胶柱色谱法分离化合物,并经葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱法和制备薄层层析法进行纯化。借助理化性质和光谱分析对结构进行鉴定。
分离并鉴定出四种化合物,分别为:环(L - 缬氨酸 - L - 脯氨酸)(1)、环(L - 苯丙氨酸 - L - 脯氨酸)(2)、环(L - 酪氨酸 - L - 脯氨酸)(3)、环(3 - 羟基 - 4 - 甲基癸酰基 - 甘氨酸 - L - 缬氨酸 - D - 亮氨酸 - L - 丙氨酸 - L - 苯丙氨酸)(4)。
化合物1 - 4首次从海洋海绵体深色软海绵附生真菌中获得。
