To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Angelica polymorpha.
The 10 batches of A. polymorpha were measured by HPLC with isoimperatorin as a reference substance and the chromatographic experients were performed on Kromasil 100A C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm), eluted with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 m x min(-1) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.
The common mode of the HPLC fingerprints were set up. There were 8 common peaks in the fingerprint of 10 samples, and the similarity of the 10 samples was more than 0.9.
The method is simple, accurate and have a good reaptability. The quality of A. polymorpha can be controlled effectively by the HPLC fingerprint.
建立紫花前胡的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。
以异欧前胡素为对照品,采用高效液相色谱法测定10批紫花前胡,色谱实验在Kromasil 100A C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)上进行,以乙腈和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱。流速为1.0 ml·min⁻¹,检测波长为254 nm。
建立了高效液相色谱指纹图谱的共有模式。10个样品的指纹图谱中有8个共有峰,10个样品的相似度均大于0.9。
该方法简便、准确、重复性好。高效液相色谱指纹图谱可有效控制紫花前胡的质量。
