Abstract
The authors analyze treatment results of a coenzyme complex (pyridoxalphosphate, cobalamide, phosphaden) in patients with idiopathic myocarditis. This complex produced a corrective effect on the energy processes in the myocardium. Analysis of correlative metabolic changes in blood neutrophils enables the possibility of dynamic control of the efficacy of drug treatment.

作者分析了辅酶复合物（磷酸吡哆醛、钴胺素、磷酸腺苷）对特发性心肌炎患者的治疗效果。该复合物对心肌能量代谢过程产生了矫正作用。分析血液中性粒细胞的相关代谢变化有助于对药物治疗效果进行动态监测。
