[Dynamics of ventricular arrhythmia in the acute period of myocardial infarction].

Patients with acute myocardial infarction exhibited during the first three days of the disease pronounced intra- and interindividual variability in the amount of ventricular ectopic complexes and significant differences in the dynamics of the number of single premature beats and complexes in the so-called "complex" arrhythmias--paired premature beats, periods of ventricular tachycardia and accelerated idioventricular rhythm. The regularities revealed may be used for the additional evaluation of antiarrhythmic drugs efficacy in myocardial infarction.
