OBJECTIVE
To investigate the treatment efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil combined with a corticosteroid on hepatitis B virus-associated glomerulonephritis (HBV-GN).
METHODS
A total of 38 patients with nephrotic syndrome induced by HBV-GN were treated for 36 weeks between 2010 and 2012.
RESULTS
The efficacy analysis showed that 11 patients achieved complete remission and 17 patients achieved partial remission, and the effective remission rate was 73.7%. In addition, 10 patients achieved no remission.
CONCLUSIONS
Adefovir dipivoxil combined with corticosteroids has a certain efficacy on the HBV-GN and displays few adverse reactions. A large sample, randomized double-blind controlled study and long-term follow-up are needed to verify the efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil combined with corticosteroids.
目的
探讨阿德福韦酯联合糖皮质激素治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾小球肾炎（HBV-GN）的疗效。
方法
2010年至2012年期间，对38例由HBV-GN引起的肾病综合征患者进行了36周的治疗。
结果
疗效分析显示，11例患者完全缓解，17例患者部分缓解，有效缓解率为73.7%。此外，10例患者未缓解。
结论
阿德福韦酯联合糖皮质激素对HBV-GN有一定疗效，且不良反应较少。需要大样本、随机双盲对照研究及长期随访来验证阿德福韦酯联合糖皮质激素的疗效。
