Abstract
We describe a 29 mm Sapien XT valve implantation in a 10-year-old girl with repaired Tetralogy of Fallot, severe pulmonary regurgitation, and right ventricular dilatation, using the NovaFlex+ delivery system and the expandable introducer eSheath, without pre-stenting of the right ventricular outflow tract.
