The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical curative effect of stage I repair of acute injuries of the lateral ligament complex of the ankle by the application of suture anchors.
We retrospectively analyzed 18 cases of III degree acute injuries of the lateral ligament complex of the ankle.
There were statistically significant differences in preoperative and last follow-up VAS pain scores and AOFAS ankle hind-foot function scores. The X-ray talus displacement values in the anterior drawer test and pressure anteroposterior X-ray talar tilt in the ankle talar tilt test also showed statistically significant differences. Complications occurred in 2 patients, incision surface infection in one, and postoperative lateral dorsal skin numbness in one. All these cases were cured after symptomatic treatment. At the last follow-up all patients' ankle joint activity recovered to their preinjury function levels.
The application of suture anchors for small incision stage I repair of the lateral collateral ligament of ankle joint degree III injury, can effectively restored the stability of ankle joint, and prevent the occurrence of chronic ankle instability complications. It is effective and feasible for the treatment of ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injuries.
本研究旨在探讨应用缝合锚钉对踝关节外侧韧带复合体急性损伤进行Ⅰ期修复的临床疗效。
回顾性分析18例踝关节外侧韧带复合体Ⅲ度急性损伤患者的资料。
术前与末次随访时的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分及美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝关节-后足功能评分差异有统计学意义。前抽屉试验中的X线距骨位移值及踝关节距骨倾斜试验中的压力前后位X线距骨倾斜度也显示出统计学差异。2例出现并发症,1例切口表面感染,1例术后外侧背侧皮肤麻木。经对症治疗后均治愈。末次随访时所有患者的踝关节活动均恢复至伤前功能水平。
应用缝合锚钉对踝关节外侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤进行小切口Ⅰ期修复,可有效恢复踝关节稳定性,预防慢性踝关节不稳定并发症的发生。治疗踝关节外侧副韧带损伤有效且可行。
