The expression of CD NKG2D on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells and serum soluble major histocompatibility complex class Ⅰ chain-related A (sMICA) level in patients with extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKL) were detected.We found that CD expression was reduced on the surface of NK cells, suggesting impaired NK cell activity in ENKL patients, which may result from decreased NKG2D expression.
检测鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKL)患者自然杀伤(NK)细胞表面CD NKG2D的表达及血清可溶性主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类链相关分子A(sMICA)水平。我们发现NK细胞表面CD表达降低,提示ENKL患者NK细胞活性受损,这可能是由于NKG2D表达降低所致。
