Abstract

The management of chronic pain in the home requires the integration of certain elements of the 'community' sector. Indeed, once back in their home environment, patients often find themselves having to cope with this pain alone. Thanks to her expertise, the community nurse can implement a coordinated, personalised and adapted follow-up of the patient with chronic pain.
