A Gram-staining negative, aerobic, non-motile, rod-shaped bacterial strain, designated YS-37, was isolated from soil in a manganese factory, People's Republic of China. Based on16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, strain YS-37 was most closely related to Lysobacter pocheonensis Gsoil 193 (97.0%), Lysobacter dokdonensis DS-58 (96.0%) and Lysobacter daecheongensis Dae08 (95.8%) and grouped together with L. pocheonensis Gsoil 193 and Lysobacter dokdonensis DS-58. The DNA-DNA hybridization value between strain YS-37 and L. pocheonensis KCTC 12624 was 43.3% (± 1). The major respiratory quinone of strain YS-37 was ubiquinone-8, and the polar lipids were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, phospholipid, phosphatidylmethylethaolamine and two unknown lipids. Its major cellular fatty acids (> 5%) were iso-C, iso-C ω9c, iso-C, iso-C 3-OH and iso-C and the G + C content of the genomic DNA was 67.1 mol%. Strain YS-37 also showed some biophysical and biochemical differences with the related strains, especially in hydrolysis of casein. The results demonstrated that strain YS-37 belongs to genus Lysobacter and represents a novel Lysobacter species for which the name Lysobacter tongrenensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is YS-37 (= CCTCC AB 2016052 = KCTC 52206).
从中华人民共和国一家锰厂的土壤中分离出一株革兰氏染色阴性、需氧、无运动性、杆状的细菌菌株,命名为YS-37。基于16S rRNA基因序列分析,菌株YS-37与浦川溶杆菌Gsoil 193(97.0%)、独岛溶杆菌DS-58(96.0%)和大清溶杆菌Dae08(95.8%)关系最为密切,并与浦川溶杆菌Gsoil 193和独岛溶杆菌DS-58归为一组。菌株YS-37与浦川溶杆菌KCTC 12624之间的DNA-DNA杂交值为43.3%(±1)。菌株YS-37的主要呼吸醌为泛醌-8,极性脂为双磷脂酰甘油、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰甘油、磷脂、磷脂酰甲基乙醇胺和两种未知脂质。其主要细胞脂肪酸(>5%)为异-C、异-Cω9c、异-C、异-C 3-OH和异-C;基因组DNA中的G+C含量为67.1mol%。菌株YS-37与相关菌株在一些生物物理和生化特性上也存在差异,尤其是在酪蛋白水解方面。结果表明,菌株YS-37属于溶杆菌属,代表一个新的溶杆菌物种,提议将其命名为同仁溶杆菌(Lysobacter tongrenensis sp. nov.)。模式菌株为YS-37(=CCTCC AB 2016052=KCTC 52206)。
