The strain sp. BSE7F, a novel strain isolated from Indonesian mangrove sediment, displays antimicrobial activities against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, and yeast. Bioinformatic analysis of the genome sequence revealed the occurrence of 22 biosynthetic gene clusters disclosing the secondary metabolite capacity of strain BSE7F.
菌株BSE7F是从印度尼西亚红树林沉积物中分离出的一种新型菌株,对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌和酵母均具有抗菌活性。对该菌株基因组序列的生物信息学分析表明,其存在22个生物合成基因簇,揭示了菌株BSE7F产生次级代谢产物的能力。
