A novel and facile copper-catalyzed synthetic methodology was developed to access a large variety of 4-phosphoryl-substituted 1-naphthylamines by reacting various 1-naphthylamines with different diarylphosphine oxides in the presence of Cu(OAc) and AgCO in one pot under mild reaction conditions. This copper-catalyzed synthetic system was also suitable for being employed to synthesize 4-trifluoromethyl-substituted 1-naphthylamines by reacting various 1-naphthylamines with Togni's reagent in the presence of CuI and NaOAc in DMSO in one pot under mild reaction conditions.
开发了一种新颖且简便的铜催化合成方法,通过在温和反应条件下,使各种1-萘胺与不同的二芳基氧化膦在Cu(OAc)和AgCO存在下于一锅中反应,来制备多种4-磷酰基取代的1-萘胺。该铜催化合成体系也适用于在温和反应条件下,使各种1-萘胺与Togni试剂在CuI和NaOAc存在下于DMSO中一锅中反应,以合成4-三氟甲基取代的1-萘胺。
