The mantidfly genus Navás, 1914 (Neuroptera, Mantispidae, Calomantispinae) is herein revised. is endemic to the New World, ranging from the southwestern United States south to Costa Rica. Navás, Rehn, and Navás are redescribed, while the new species Reynoso & Contreras, is described from Costa Rica. The species Rehn and Rehn are synonymized with . Additionally, the species Navás and Navás are synonymized with , for which a lectotype is designated. New distribution records are provided from Guatemala and Honduras for , the state of Nevada in western United States for , and the state of Puebla in central Mexico for . An illustrated key and a distribution map are presented.
