A new isoflavanone, (3)-5,7-dihydroxy-2',3',4'-trimethoxy-6,5'-diprenylisoflavanone () and eight known compounds including five flavones (), two triterpenes () and a steroid () were isolated from the whole plant of (Leguminosae). The structure of was elucidated by detailed spectroscopic means including IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR, and CD data. Compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against four human cancer cell lines KB (mouth epidermal carcinoma), HepG2 (hepatocellular carcinoma), Lu (lung carcinoma) and MCF7 (breast carcinoma). Compound showed cytotoxic activity against the tested cell lines with IC values of 33.2, 29.4, 59.6 and 66.8 μM, respectively.
从(豆科)植物全株中分离得到一种新的异黄酮,(3)-5,7-二羟基-2',3',4'-三甲氧基-6,5'-二烯丙基异黄酮()和 8 种已知化合物,包括 5 种黄酮类化合物()、2 种三萜类化合物()和 1 种甾体类化合物()。通过详细的光谱方法包括 IR、HR-ESI-MS、1D 和 2D NMR 以及 CD 数据阐明了的结构。对化合物进行了对 4 个人类癌细胞系 KB(口腔表皮癌)、HepG2(肝癌)、Lu(肺癌)和 MCF7(乳腺癌)的细胞毒性评估。化合物对测试的细胞系表现出细胞毒性活性,IC 值分别为 33.2、29.4、59.6 和 66.8 μM。
