Abstract

One new ,-butenoate derivative phenylbutenote (), and one new -pyrone nocapyrone T () were isolated from the deep-sea derived actinomycete sp. HDN 17-237. Their structures were elucidated by extensive HRMS, IR and NMR analyses. Among them, compound is the first microbial natural products bearing a rare ,-butenoate moiety, and compound is the first pyrone isolated from strain of Mariana Trench. Compounds and were tested for antioxidant and antibacterial activities, while none of them showed significant activity.
