Abstract
Ventriculography with metrizamide (Amipaque) was performed in 150 patients. Side effects were mild and no severe reactions were observed. The low toxicity and the low epileptogenic activity of this contrast medium make positive contrast ventriculography a safe neuroradiologic procedure.
