Abstract

A new species, Tandang & Galindon (Orchidaceae), from Mindanao Island, Philippines is described and illustrated herein. This species is distinct from other known Philippine species by its terrestrial habit and is distinguished from all known species by its monopodial inflorescence, rarely branching in two, and a pale yellow to dull orange or brownish-yellow labellum devoid of purple spots.

本文描述并图示了一种来自菲律宾棉兰老岛的新物种——坦当兰属与加林登兰属（兰科）。该物种与其他已知的菲律宾物种不同，具有地生习性，且与所有已知物种的区别在于其单轴花序，很少二叉分枝，以及唇瓣为浅黄色至暗橙色或棕黄色，无紫色斑点。
