Abstract
Results of a comparative clinico-instrumental and morphological examination of 163 patients are described. Vagotomy was shown not to exert great influence on the function of lower esophagus sphincter. In patients with duodenal ulcer and reflux-esophagitis it is expedient to perform anti-reflux interventions on the cardia to prevent further development of reflux-esophagitis and its complications.

描述了对163例患者进行的临床仪器检查和形态学对比检查的结果。结果显示迷走神经切断术对食管下括约肌功能影响不大。对于十二指肠溃疡和反流性食管炎患者，对贲门进行抗反流干预以预防反流性食管炎及其并发症的进一步发展是适宜的。
