Abstract
Green carbon science concerns the efficient use of carbon resources and the minimization of CO emissions. In this preface to the Special Issue entitled Green Carbon Science: CO Capture and Conversion, Professor Avelino Corma offers his thoughts on how the capture and utilization of CO can aid the transition to more sustainable production of energy and chemicals.
