Abstract

is an important marine fish which due to its commercial values. However, some wild populations of are in danger because of the overfishing and environmental pollution. In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of was firstly determined. The complete mitochondrial genome is 16,607 base pairs in length, and contained 13 protein-coding genes and 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 22 tRNA genes and 2 main non-coding regions. Overall A + T content was 52.9%. In addition, a phylogenetic tree was constructed using the complete mitochondrial genome and showed that clustered in a clade and formed a sister relationship with belonged to the family of Carangidae.

是一种重要的海洋鱼类,因其具有商业价值。然而,由于过度捕捞和环境污染,某些野生种群正面临危险。在本研究中,首次测定了的完整线粒体基因组。完整的线粒体基因组长度为16,607个碱基对,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因、22个tRNA基因和2个主要非编码区。总体A+T含量为52.9%。此外,利用完整的线粒体基因组构建了系统发育树,结果表明聚在一个分支中,并与鲹科的形成姐妹关系。
