In this study, the complete mitogenome sequence of the Indonesian tiger fish (Bleeker 1854) (Perciformes: Datnioididae) has been sequencedby next-generation sequencing method. The assembled mitogenome consisting of 16,439 bp, includes 13 protein coding genes, 22 transfer RNAs and 2 ribosomal RNAs genes. The overall base composition of Indonesian tiger fish is 27.36% for A, 30.89% for C, 17.00% for G, 24.75% for T and show 91% identities to Mekong tiger fish (GenBank: KU870663). The complete mitogenome of the Indonesian tiger fish, provides essential and important DNA molecular data for further phylogeography and evolutionary analysis for Datnioididae.
在本研究中,通过下一代测序方法对印度尼西亚虎鱼(Bleeker,1854年)(鲈形目:松鲷科)的完整线粒体基因组序列进行了测序。组装后的线粒体基因组由16,439个碱基对组成,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA和2个核糖体RNA基因。印度尼西亚虎鱼的总体碱基组成为:腺嘌呤(A)占27.36%,胞嘧啶(C)占30.89%,鸟嘌呤(G)占17.00%,胸腺嘧啶(T)占24.75%,与湄公河虎鱼(GenBank:KU870663)的序列一致性为91%。印度尼西亚虎鱼的完整线粒体基因组为松鲷科进一步的系统地理学和进化分析提供了重要的DNA分子数据。
