To study the application value of ankle fracture classification and diagnosis. In this paper, the clinical data of 100 cases of ankle fracture patients admitted from May 2020 to May 2021 were analyzed by CT 3D reconstruction. All patients received surgical treatment and underwent spiral CT 3D reconstruction and X-ray examination before surgery. The results showed that 20 cases (20.00%) of the 100 cases were PER, 24 cases (24%) of the 100 cases were PAB, 31 cases (31%) of the 100 cases were SER, and 25 cases (25%) of the 100 cases were SAB, respectively.
The diagnostic accuracy of CT 3D reconstruction for different types of ankle fracture is higher than that of X-ray, and the differences are statistically significant ( < 0.05). CT 3D reconstruction is applied in the early diagnosis of ankle fracture, which can accurately detect the classification of patients. It has important clinical application value and can be used as the first choice for the early classification diagnosis of ankle fracture.
研究踝关节骨折分类诊断的应用价值。本文对 2020 年 5 月至 2021 年 5 月收治的 100 例踝关节骨折患者的临床资料进行 CT3D 重建分析,所有患者均接受手术治疗,术前均行螺旋 CT3D 重建及 X 线检查。结果:100 例中 PER 20 例(20.00%),PAB24 例(24.00%),SER31 例(31.00%),SAB25 例(25.00%)。结论:CT3D 重建对不同类型踝关节骨折的诊断准确率均高于 X 线,差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。CT3D 重建应用于踝关节骨折的早期诊断中,能够准确检出患者的分类情况,具有重要的临床应用价值,可作为踝关节骨折早期分类诊断的首选方法。
