Abstract
is a Gram-negative bacillus and marine pathogen that rarely causes disease in humans. We report the first Moroccan case of multidrug-resistant bacteremia and describe the bacteriological, clinical, and antibiogram characteristics of this isolate, which was repeatedly isolated from the blood of a 66-year-old hypertensive man who underwent femoral coronary angiography after a myocardial infarction.
