var. is widely planted in China as a windbreak and sand fixation tree. To improve the current situation of large-scale declines of forested areas planted as var. monocultures, we investigated the biological and microbial effects of stand establishment using mixed tree species. The interactions during the mixed decomposition of the litter and leaves of different tree species are an important indicator in determining the relationships among species. In this experiment, a method of simulating the mixed decomposition of var. and litter under var. forest was used to determine the total C, total N, and total P contents in the leaf litter, and the microbial structures were determined by using Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing. It was found that with samples with different proportions of var. and litters, the decomposition rate of var. × litter was significantly higher than that of the pure var. forest, and the microbial community and composition diversity of litter in a pure var. forest could be significantly improved. The possibility of using as a mixed tree species to address the declines of pure var. forest was verified to provide guidance for pure var. forests by introducing tree species with coordinated interspecific relationships and creating a mixed forest.
[具体树种名称]变种在中国作为防风固沙树种被广泛种植。为改善目前以[具体树种名称]变种单一栽培为主的大面积林区衰退现状,我们研究了混交树种造林的生物学和微生物效应。不同树种凋落物和叶片混合分解过程中的相互作用是确定物种间关系的重要指标。在本实验中,采用模拟[具体树种名称]变种林下[具体树种名称]变种和[另一树种名称]凋落物混合分解的方法,测定凋落物中的总碳、总氮和总磷含量,并利用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术测定微生物结构。结果发现,对于不同比例的[具体树种名称]变种和[另一树种名称]凋落物样本,[具体树种名称]变种×[另一树种名称]凋落物的分解速率显著高于纯[具体树种名称]变种林分,且纯[具体树种名称]变种林中凋落物的微生物群落和组成多样性可得到显著改善。验证了使用[另一树种名称]作为混交树种来解决纯[具体树种名称]变种林衰退问题的可能性,通过引入种间关系协调的树种并营造混交林,为纯[具体树种名称]变种林提供指导
