So far, although the pathogenesis of DR is not completely clear, scholars generally believe that DR is based on the disorder of glucose metabolism, causing changes in the microcirculation of ocular tissues, nerves, and blood vessels, resulting in chronic damage to the nutrition and visual function of the eye disease. In order to explore the demand for cardiovascular disease treatment, make up for the lack of chronic diseases affecting people's physical harm, and improve the success rate of cardiovascular disease treatment, a method to observe the efficacy and myocardial remodeling of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure based on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was proposed. 54 elderly people over 60 years old are afraid of cardiovascular disease and take active protection. A method based on observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was proposed, and at the same time, an intelligent medical monitoring system was constructed to better study, observe, and improve the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, heart failure, and myocardial impact of refactoring.
