Thermoelectric materials have been rapidly developed due to the urgent need for the mutual conversion of thermal energy and electrical energy. Accurately measuring the thermoelectric properties of micro/nano thermoelectric materials is very important and highly required. Compared with traditional measurement methods, integrated measurement can avoid multiple sample preparations and reduce measurement errors. Herein, this work designed an improved integrated measurement method for the thermoelectric properties of microscale thermoelectric materials based on the hot wire method. The results demonstrated that the average ZT values of Pt and AgS wires are 0.75 × 10 and 0.44 × 10 with an uncertainty of ∼2.61%. It provides a novel way for the development of accurately measuring the thermoelectric properties of thermoelectric materials.
热电材料由于迫切需要热能和电能的相互转换而得到了迅速发展。准确测量微/纳米热电材料的热电性能非常重要,也有很高的要求。与传统的测量方法相比,集成测量可以避免多次制备样品并减少测量误差。本文基于热线法设计了一种改进的微尺度热电材料热电性能集成测量方法。结果表明,Pt 和 AgS 丝的平均 ZT 值分别为 0.75×10 和 0.44×10,不确定度约为 2.61%。为准确测量热电材料的热电性能提供了一种新方法。
